Work will not commence until the signed approved estimate has been received. Within five business days following receipt of any deliverables, the Client will provide Thaddeus Deluxe Studio with either (a) written approval and acceptance of such deliverables (which will not be unreasonably withheld), or (b) a written list of reasonable revisions that will bring the deliverables into compliance with the Approved estimate. Each deliverable hereunder will be deemed accepted by the Client if, within five business days of its delivery to the Client, the Client does not receive the foregoing written notice. Thaddeus Deluxe Studio, in the course of the provision of the Services, will constitute Thaddeus Deluxe Studio’s authority to purchase, publish, and make contracts for talent, space, time and other facilities and otherwise to do any other act or thing which Thaddeus Deluxe Studio considers reasonable in order to carry out its obligations under this Agreement or any approved estimate. Thaddeus Deluxe Studio will be obliged to commit to any expenditure on behalf of the Client without first receiving written confirmation of the Client’s instructions and Thaddeus Deluxe Studio will not be responsible for the consequences of booking decisions made.
