Cancellations

It is crucial to carefully review our terms and conditions before booking our services to ensure a clear understanding of the agreement being made. This will help set expectations and clarify responsibilities for both parties involved, promoting a transparent and productive working relationship.

No refunds on cancellations made 72 hours prior to the shoot date or the starting of any other services we offer. All refunds, if any, will be made by direct deposit once Clients payments and deposits have cleared Thaddeus Deluxe Studio’s account. If Thaddeus Deluxe Studio must cancel Clients reservation, the Client will be given, in Thaddeus Deluxe Studio sole discretion, in rescheduling either partial, none or full refund. Thaddeus Deluxe Studio is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as building equipment failures, power outages, weather, acts of God or emergencies. In such cases, Thaddeus Deluxe Studio will refund a prorated portion of Client’s payment at Thaddeus Deluxe Studio’s sole discretion.
